It's a stylish black TV, with a sliver trim at the base, and inside the chassis sits a digital tuner, plus it squeezes in two loud speakers on either side of the screen and a couple of base units at it's base and the trusty Viera colour-management system.

The sound quality that comes from speakers of this size is amazing and the sound can be increased to quite a high volume. A lot of portable low priced speakers have a tinny sound to them, but this one produces a meaty bass performance, due to it’s EAVS (Expanded Air Volume System) technology, which is a chamber in the unit that expands to increase available air volume, resulting in an outstanding sound system that is very portable. They may be using fancy words but it works.
